Slack Integration Guide

Keep your team in the loop by sending Dexra notifications to Slack.

Setup

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack.
2. Click “Add to Slack”.
3. Select the channel where you want notifications (e.g., #support-alerts).

You can choose to be notified for “New Conversations”, “Mentions”, or “Ticket Assignments”.
