Connecting Zalo OA

Integrate Zalo Official Account for customers in Vietnam.

Setup Steps

1. Go to Channels > Zalo.
2. Enter your OA Credentials (Access Token).
3. Click Save.

You can now reply to Zalo messages directly from the Dexra inbox.
