Connecting WooCommerce

Sync your WooCommerce orders and products to view them while chatting.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Channels > WooCommerce.
  2. Click Connect Store.
  3. Enter your Store URL (e.g., https://mystore.com).
  4. Follow the authentication prompt to approve Read/Write access.
  5. Click Save.

Dexra will now import your products and sync order history for identified customers.
