Turn your support email into actionable tickets in Dexra.

Connecting Gmail or Outlook

  1. Go to Channels > Email.
  2. Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.
  3. Log in and authorize Dexra.

Connecting Custom IMAP/SMTP

  1. Select Custom IMAP/SMTP.
  2. Enter your Host, Port, Username, and Password for both IMAP (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing).
  3. Click Save.
