Turn your support email into actionable tickets in Dexra.
Connecting Gmail or Outlook
- Go to Channels > Email.
- Click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook.
- Log in and authorize Dexra.
Connecting Custom IMAP/SMTP
- Select Custom IMAP/SMTP.
- Enter your Host, Port, Username, and Password for both IMAP (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing).
- Click Save.
