Operating Hours
Setting operating hours ensures that your customers know when to expect a human response.
- Navigate to Settings > General > Operating Hours.
- Select your Timezone.
- Toggle the days your team is active and set the start/end times.
Outside of these hours, your AI Bot will automatically handle inquiries or take a message.
