Installing the Web Widget

The Dexra Web Widget allows visitors to chat with you directly from your website.

Installation Guide

  1. Go to Channels > Web Widget.
  2. Customize your brand colors and welcome message.
  3. Copy the JavaScript snippet provided.
  4. Paste it into the <head> tag of your website HTML.

Once installed, the widget will appear immediately. You can toggle visibility from the dashboard without changing code.
