If you’ve installed the code snippet but can’t see the chat widget, check the following:

Common Issues

  • Ad Blockers: Disable your ad blocker to see if it’s interfering with the script.
  • Z-Index: Ensure your website CSS isn’t hiding the widget behind other elements. The default z-index is 9999.
  • Domain Allowlist: Go to Settings > Security and ensure your domain is listed in the Allowed Domains section.
