1. Create a Persona
Navigate to AI Studio and click “New Bot”. Give your bot a name (e.g., “Support Hero”) and a tone of voice (e.g., “Professional but friendly”).
2. Upload Knowledge
Upload PDF manuals, link your website URL, or paste FAQ text. The AI will ingest this data to form its knowledge base.
3. Define Handoff Rules
Not everything should be automated. Set rules like “If sentiment is Negative, transfer to human” or “If user asks for Refund, tag Finance Team”.
